All custom and personalized cups are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on personalized items unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Please double-check all spelling, color choices, and wrap selections before placing your order.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your cup arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a claim, please email:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit. We do not issue refunds for damaged items — replacements only.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

• Dishwasher use

• Soaking the cup

• Using extremely hot liquids

• Improper handling

Failure to follow care instructions may result in damage to the cup or wrap.
